Role Description The Video Content Creator & Editor is a full time, on-site role based in Kukatpalli. This role involves planning and scripting engaging educational video content that aligns with Logiq Gen’s learning objectives and brand guidelines. The individual will record and edit video materials, including lectures, tutorials, explainer videos, and promotional content, ensuring high production quality and clear storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts, organizing footage, adding graphics and sound, and optimizing videos for various platforms and formats. The role also includes maintaining a consistent visual style, managing content libraries,



and iterating on video materials based on learner feedback and performance metrics. Qualifications
• Strong skills in video production, including planning, shooting, and editing educational or instructional content.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools) and basic motion graphics.
• Ability to craft clear visual narratives, with experience in scripting, storyboarding, and structuring lessons or explainer videos.
• Understanding of online learning platforms, social media formats, and best practices for audience engagement and accessibility.
• Attention to detail in sound design, lighting, visual quality, and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with educators, designers, and technical teams.
• Relevant experience in video content creation, preferably in education, e-learning, or technology-focused environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, Design, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
