Role Summary: HealthSy and HealthSy Pharmacy are scaling their retail pharmacy network and corporate teams. We need an owner-minded recruiter who can run the full hiring cycle independently, from understanding the requirement to the candidate’s first day. You will hire mainly for pharmacy retail roles and non-IT corporate functions. Success here comes from finding talent through channels beyond the usual job portals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement and JD creation
• Meet hiring managers to understand role needs, urgency, budget, and success criteria
• Write clear, role-specific JDs and job posts for each position
• Define the hiring plan, timelines, and TAT for each requisition. 2. Sourcing
• Research and build sourcing channels for each role type, for example:
• Pharmacy colleges, D.
Pharm/B.
Pharm alumni groups, and pharmacy council and association networks
• LinkedIn, Telegram and WhatsApp communities, Facebook groups, and local job groups
• Walk-in drives, campus drives, and local job fairs
• Employee referrals, agencies, and competitor mapping (pharmacy chains, hospital pharmacies, retail)
• Apna, WorkIndia, Shine, Foundit, Quikr Jobs, and regional job boards
• Track which channels convert and double down on what works
• Maintain a talent pool and pipeline for recurring roles 3. Screening and coordination
• Screen candidates on skills, licensing (e.g., valid pharmacist registration), experience, stability, and culture fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and store/area teams




• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process 4. Offer, closure and onboarding
• Negotiate and close offers within budget
• Handle documentation, background and reference checks, and offer rollout
• Follow up until joining and reduce drop-offs between offer and joining
• Coordinate with HR and operations for a smooth Day 1 and early check-ins 5. Reporting and process
• Maintain trackers and ATS or Excel dashboards (open positions, pipeline, TAT, source-wise performance, offer-to-join ratio)
• Share weekly hiring updates with leadership
• Suggest process improvements and cost-effective hiring practices Roles you will Hire for:
• Store-level: Pharmacist, Store Incharge, Store Manager
• Corporate/office (non-IT): Supply Chain Management (SCM), Operations, and related support functions
• Other business roles as they arise

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in volume or retail hiring; healthcare, or retail experience is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with passive hiring on LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter or free search and outreach
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience (sourcing to onboarding)




• Hands-on experience with non-portal sourcing: social media, community groups, referrals, drives.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple open positions and tight timelines
• Comfortable with trackers, Excel/Google Sheets, and an ATS
• Willingness to coordinate with stores across locations; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory
• Based in Coimbatore, or willing to relocate to Coimbatore Skills and Attributes:
