Role Description The Reasoning Teacher role at Dominislearning is a full-time remote position focused on helping students strengthen logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. On a day-to-day basis, the Reasoning Teacher designs and delivers online lessons, prepares instructional materials, and adapts content to different learner levels. The role involves explaining complex reasoning concepts in clear, structured ways, guiding students through practice exercises, and providing feedback on performance. The teacher is expected to track learner progress, adjust teaching strategies based on individual needs, and maintain regular communication with students and, when relevant, guardians.



The position also includes participating in curriculum discussions, collaborating with other educators, and using digital tools to support interactive and engaging online learning. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, English, Education, Psychology or a related discipline
• B.
Ed. or recognised teaching qualification is preferred
• Minimum one year of relevant teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning and Analytical Reasoning
• Familiarity with 11+ entrance examinations, including GL Assessment, CEM, CSSE and ISEB, is preferred
• Ability to explain complex reasoning techniques clearly and logically
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking and classroom-management skills
• Experience in preparing worksheets, assignments, mock tests and reasoning practice materials
• Confidence in conducting interactive online sessions using a pen tablet and digital teaching platforms
• Ability to assess students’ strengths, identify learning gaps and provide constructive feedback
• Reliable laptop, stable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment are mandatory
