Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily SAP system monitoring, administration and proactive health checks across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, PO/PI, Gateway and Solution Manager.
• Execute SAP patching, kernel upgrades, Support Package Stack implementations, OSS Notes and enhancement package updates.
• Administer SAP transport processes using TMS, CTS+ and ChaRM, supporting controlled movement across Development, QA, Pre-Production and Production environments.
• Monitor system performance using tools and transactions including SM50, SM66 and ST03N.
• Investigate performance issues, system dumps using ST22, system logs using SM21, and lock entries using SM12.
• Support SAP HANA database administration, including database instances, table partitions, backup/restore validation,



memory management and parameter tuning. Required Technical Skills
