2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with solid experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm and hands-on expertise in managing a high volume of client accounts. The candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance for multiple clients simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients across industries.
• Handle ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account finalisation.
• Prepare financial statements, Balance Sheets, P&L; Accounts, and MIS reports.
• Manage GST filings, reconciliations, TDS returns, and Income Tax compliance.
• Handle invoicing, accounts payable, receivables, and client account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with multiple clients for data collection, documentation, and pending compliances.
• Assist with audits, year-end closing,
and financial reporting.
• Track compliance deadlines and ensure accurate and timely submissions. Candidate Profile
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm.
• Strong experience handling a high volume of clients is essential.
• Experience independently managing end-to-end accounting and compliance for multiple clients.
• CA Inter / CA Dropout candidates are welcome.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting finalisation.
• Strong client coordination, communication, and time-management skills. Preferred CandidatesCandidates currently working in a CA firm or with prior CA firm experience who have independently managed multiple client accounts and compliance deadlines.
