We are looking for experienced Machine Safety Engineers to join large-scale manufacturing, automation, MES, and battery plant programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Machine Risk Assessments as per industry standards.
• Define and validate required Performance Levels (PL) and SIL requirements.
• Design and implement machine safety architectures and safety circuits.
• Configure and validate Safety PLCs.
• Verify safety functions for robots, conveyors, AGVs, and automated equipment.
• Execute Safety FAT, SAT, commissioning, and validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and international safety standards. Required Skills ✅ Machine Risk Assessment ✅ Functional Safety Design ✅ Safety PLC Programming (Siemens F-Series, Pilz, ABB, Rockwell GuardLogix) ✅ Safety Circuits, Interlocks & Emergency Stops ✅ Safety Sensors, Light Curtains & Safety Scanners ✅ Robot Safety (SafeMove, DCS, STO)

• ISO 12100 – Risk Assessment
• ISO 13849 – Safety of Machinery
• IEC 62061 – Functional Safety
• IEC 61508 – Functional Safety
• IEC 60204-1 – Electrical Safety
• CE / Machinery Compliance Standards Eligibility
• B.
E./B.
Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• 5-12 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, Manufacturing Engineering, or Machine Safety.
• Experience in Automotive, Battery Manufacturing, EV, or Process Plants is highly preferred.
