Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee day-to-day ERP operations, ensuring smooth system functioning across all departments.
• Lead ERP implementation, configuration, customization, upgrades, and deployment of new functionalities.
• Monitor and resolve ERP-related technical issues, user queries, and system performance concerns.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database reports as per business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports to support management reporting and departmental requirements.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for bug resolution, system enhancements, customization, and technical support.
• Manage ERP database backup, restoration, security, and data integrity.
• Understand and optimize business processes across Procurement, Sales, Order Processing, Production Planning, Inventory, Maintenance, Quality Control, Accounts, and Finance.
• Work closely with department heads to identify ERP requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure proper testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes and current releases.
• Lead, guide, and train ERP team members and end users to improve system utilization.




• Monitor ERP performance and recommend process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy, access control, and compliance with internal IT policies.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, system performance reports, and updates for management. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, database management, and business process automation.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL queries, functions, stored procedures, views, database backup, and restoration.
• Hands-on experience in Crystal Reports development and customization.
• Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of Corporate Munim ERP will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience
