• Own and develop school accounts across assigned areas of Chennai
• Visit schools to pitch [your product/service], run demos, and address objections
• Identify current opportunities, qualify leads, and move them through to closure
• Build and manage your pipeline with accurate tracking of visits, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Hit monthly targets for school onboarding and revenue
• Share market feedback to help shape our offering and approach
• What we’re looking for:

• [2–4] years of B2B business development or sales experience (school or education sales is a plus)
• Proven ability to independently prospect, pitch, and close deals
• Comfortable travelling across Chennai and cold-visiting new institutions
• Strong communication skills and a persuasive, professional presence
• Fluent in English and Tamil
• Own two-wheeler and a smartphone (preferred)

What we offer
• Fixed salary plus performance incentives
• Travel allowance included
• Competitive growth opportunities with a clear path to senior business development roles
• Note: This is an individual contributor role. You’ll own your territory, pipeline, and results directly.
