As an Admission Officer / Senior Admission Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and play a vital role in guiding them toward the right academic and career choices. Key Responsibilities
Career Guidance & Counseling ● Engage with prospective students and their families to understand aspirations and recommend suitable academic programs. ● Provide clear, comprehensive information that builds trust and inspires interest in our offerings. Student Lifecycle Management & Admissions ● Manage the complete student journey: prospecting, counseling, admission, orientation, and ongoing support. ● Drive conversions by achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly admission targets.



● Oversee fee structures and ensure accurate management of the fee software for various programs. Compliance & Internal Processes ● Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. ● Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions activities. Effective Communication & Engagement ● Build strong relationships through timely follow-ups, both online and offline. ● Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk-in inquiries with professionalism to maximize conversion rates. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline. ● Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. ● Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. ● Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently. ● Prior experience in student counseling, academic advisory, or admissions
