We’re hiring: Regional Sales Manager — North India ? Delhi NCR | Remote, with regular customer travel Masturlal Fabrichem Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its industrial filtration sales team. Established in 1971, we manufacture filter bags and filter cages for industrial dust collection, with capabilities in liquid filtration. We’re looking for someone who can develop customer relationships and grow our business across North India. Your

responsibilities:
• Develop current accounts and grow existing customer relationships.
• Visit plants, understand filtration requirements and identify replacement and upgrade opportunities.
• Work with maintenance, process, purchase and plant leadership teams.
• Coordinate with our proposals and technical teams to prepare suitable offers.
• Own quotation follow-up, negotiations, order conversion and collection follow-up.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and customer activity records in CRM. Who we’re looking for:




• Ideally 3–7 years of industrial B2B sales experience.
• Experience in filtration, pollution-control equipment, industrial consumables or related plant equipment.
• Familiarity with cement, steel, minerals, chemicals or other process industries.
• Ability to manage a territory and travel regularly.
• A technical qualification is required. You’ll be supported by an established manufacturing operation and dedicated proposals team, with room to grow as the business expands. Interested?
