AI Nexus Innovations Hub is a Bengaluru-based AI product company building solutions across industries. TrustProperty is our PropTech vertical, and TrustPG is our platform focused on simplifying PG and co-living operations for owners, operators and tenants. The Role We are hiring a hands-on business development professional to grow TrustPG in Bengaluru. This is an on-ground role: visit PG properties, build relationships with owners, demonstrate the platform and drive customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
• Visit PGs and co-living properties across Bengaluru to meet owners and operators.
• Identify prospects, generate leads and manage outreach, meetings and follow-ups.
• Understand owners' operational challenges and present TrustPG through product demos.
• Convert qualified leads into onboarded PG partners and support initial adoption.
• Maintain a transparent sales pipeline, activity reports and customer feedback.
• Share market insights,



competitor observations and feature requests with the product team. What We Are Looking For
• 0-3 years in field sales, business development or customer acquisition; motivated freshers may apply.
• Confident in face-to-face selling, follow-ups, negotiation and relationship building.
• Comfortable travelling locally and working independently with sales targets.
• Kannada and English communication preferred; Hindi is an advantage.
