Role Description The Educational Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves guiding prospective and current learners in selecting suitable courses and learning paths aligned with their educational background, interests, and career goals. The Educational Counselor will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, explain program structures and outcomes, and provide information on admission procedures, fees, and schedules. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions,



and following up with leads to support enrollment decisions. The role also includes collaborating with faculty and placement teams to monitor student progress, organizing orientation or information sessions, and providing ongoing academic and career guidance to ensure a positive learning experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Student Counseling skills to understand learner needs and recommend appropriate programs.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to conduct clear, empathetic, and informative interactions with students, families, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Career Counseling and Education-related skills to advise learners on career pathways, industry trends, and further learning opportunities.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in academic advising, admissions counseling, or similar student-facing roles in an educational or training environment.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Management, or a related field are preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively, maintain detailed records, use basic office and CRM software, and handle multiple queries in a fast-paced setting is beneficial.
• An understanding of technology education domains (such as software development, networking, AI, cybersecurity, or digital marketing) will be an added advantage.
