ERPA, a Certified Workday Partner, is hiring an experienced Sr. Workday Integrations Lead (Acting Manager) to join our growing Workday Acceleration Center (WAC). This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical leader to manage Workday Integration teams and deliver global Workday implementation and support projects. Position Details

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of Workday Integration Consultants across implementation and support projects.
• Design, develop, review, and deliver complex Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF, and Web Services.
• Drive end-to-end integration delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, project managers, and global stakeholders.
• Review technical designs, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and ensure coding best practices.




• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risks, and client escalations.
• Support Workday bi-annual releases and participate in solution estimation and pre-sales activities. Preferred Skills
• Active Workday Integrations & Studio Certifications
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
• Experience with Workday Extend, Orchestrate, or Student
• Experience integrating Workday with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Identity Management, and third-party applications Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Why
