We’re hiring: Staffing Developer (Senior Full-Stack) | 6-month contract | Immediate start Consultant Partners : 6-month contract (on Consultant Partners payroll) Full-time, dedicated US market Shift: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST Interviews this week About the engagement Consultant Partners is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer for a dedicated engagement with one of our clients, a US digital health company that delivers virtual care through a patient portal supported by care navigators. This is a 6-month contract role. You will be on the payroll of Consultant Partners and placed full time with this one client. The client’s name is shared with shortlisted candidates under NDA. Why this role exists Each step of a patient’s journey can run on a different platform. You will build the integrations that keep those journeys connected, working directly with the client’s leadership and Head of Tech.
Key responsibilities
● Building and maintaining integrations with third-party healthcare platforms (Tellescope, Healthie, OpenLoop Health). ● Developing middleware APIs (hosted on Vercel) that transform and route data between services. ● Contributing to the patient portal and care navigator tooling. ● Working within a webhook-driven, event-based architecture. Who we are looking for ● 8+ years of experience as a senior full-stack engineer, owning features end to end with minimal hand-holding.
● Frontend: Strong React, with component-driven UI, state management and responsive design. ● Backend: Solid Node.js and TypeScript. REST API design, webhook handling and third-party integrations are essential. Ruby on Rails is a plus. ● Health tech experience is valued. Essential integration and cloud skills ● Webhook implementation and event-driven systems. ● REST API consumption and design. ● Vercel or equivalent serverless deployment experience. ● HIPAA-adjacent software practices (data handling, PHI awareness) are a strong plus. ● Power BI or analytics pipeline exposure is a bonus. Engagement details ● 6-month contract on Consultant Partners payroll, extendable by mutual agreement. ● Fixed shift: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday. ● Full-time and dedicated to this one client. ● Interviews this week, immediate start.
