Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for Architects and Interns who will contribute to design and project delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in concept development, preparing architectural drawings and 3D models, coordinating design details, and supporting documentation for client presentations and approvals. Team members will collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and contractors, help with site visits and measurements, and support project coordination to meet timelines and quality standards.



The role also involves integrating design inputs with relevant software tools, maintaining organized project files, and participating in internal design reviews and discussions. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration related to architectural workflows, such as using design and documentation software effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking project milestones.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with visualization tools is beneficial.
• A professional degree in Architecture or ongoing architectural education for interns, with knowledge of building codes and construction practices, is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Mumbai as part of a multidisciplinary team are required.
