As Indence Health continues to expand its evidence synthesis and HEOR capabilities, we are looking for experienced professionals to join our growing team. We are particularly interested in individuals who combine strong technical expertise in evidence synthesis with a consulting mindset, client-facing experience, and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute systematic and targeted literature reviews (SLRs/TLRs) across clinical, epidemiological, and HEOR research questions.
• Contribute to literature search strategies, screening, data extraction, quality assessment, and evidence synthesis.
• Independently manage assigned project workstreams, ensuring scientific rigour, quality, and timely delivery.
• Engage with clients to communicate project updates, discuss research findings, and address scientific questions.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex research challenges and continuously improve delivery processes.
• Help strengthen and scale our evidence synthesis capabilities through methodological excellence, process improvements, and adoption of innovative tools. Qualifications & Skills
• 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably within an HEOR, evidence synthesis, or life sciences consulting environment.
• Strong hands-on experience conducting systematic and targeted literature reviews.
• Sound understanding of evidence synthesis methodologies and established research standards.




• Ability to independently manage research workstreams while maintaining high standards of scientific quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for working in a growing organization. Additional Advantages
• Prior experience delivering evidence synthesis projects for biopharma clients, including direct client communication, is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting HEOR, HTA, or broader evidence-generation projects.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled literature review platforms and emerging research technologies.
