Role Description The Healthcare Specialist will work on-site in Maharashtra, India in a full-time capacity, supporting healthcare-related initiatives within Azzure Media’s projects and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include applying medical knowledge to review health-related content, ensuring accuracy and compliance with basic healthcare standards, and collaborating with content and marketing teams on healthcare campaigns. The role involves providing guidance on emergency procedures, basic medical protocols, and wellness topics as needed for client projects. The Healthcare Specialist will also participate in training sessions,



help develop healthcare-related educational materials, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure reliable, understandable health information. Qualifications
• Healthcare and Medicine skills, with a solid understanding of clinical concepts and patient care principles.
• EMT experience or training, with knowledge of emergency response protocols and basic life support.
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain medical information in clear, accessible language.
• Experience in Training, particularly in delivering or supporting healthcare or wellness education.
• Relevant degree or certification in medicine, nursing, paramedical sciences, public health, or related field.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a digital media environment and adapt to a quick-paced setting.
• Attention to detail, ethical approach to healthcare information, and commitment to non-discriminatory, patient-centered communication.
• Familiarity with health regulations, safety standards, and basic documentation practices is an advantage.
