Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from initial client briefing and concept development to detailed design, documentation, and on-site execution. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, developing space plans and layouts, creating mood boards and material palettes, and preparing construction and detail drawings in line with Truww’s design standards. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery, as well as guiding junior designers and reviewing their work. The designer will meet with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, incorporate feedback,



and ensure that the final outcome aligns with both functional needs and aesthetic expectations. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with experience leading residential or commercial interior projects.
• Proficiency in Space Planning, including optimizing layouts for functionality, circulation, and aesthetics.
• Ability to develop and interpret Construction Drawings, detail drawings, and technical documentation for execution.
• Experience with FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), including selection, specification, and coordination with vendors.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools.
• Strong client communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and working in fast-paced, process-driven environments; knowledge of local materials and site practices in Bengaluru is an advantage.
