Key Responsibilities
• Incident, problem, and change management
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and defect resolution
• Regulatory reporting (FDA, EMA, PMDA)
• System monitoring and batch job support
• Data validation and reconciliation
• Support patches, upgrades, and releases
• Audit readiness and documentation Required Technical Skills
• Argus Safety Suite (v8.x+)
• Pharmacovigilance processes
• SQL / Basic PL/SQL
• E2B (R2/R3), MedDRA, WHO Drug
• GxP / CSV compliance
• Incident management tools Additional Requirements
