This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. The Purchasing Executive will regularly monitor inventory requirements, compare vendor quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain accurate purchasing records. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as operations, finance,



and logistics to align procurement decisions with project timelines and budget expectations. The position also includes tracking supplier performance, resolving discrepancies in orders or invoices, and supporting continuous improvement in purchasing processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, with experience handling documentation accurately and promptly.
• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor selection, negotiation, and cost optimization.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of basic inventory control, supply chain processes, and ERP or purchasing software is beneficial.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment are important.
• A diploma or degree in supply chain, commerce, business administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in purchasing or procurement, is preferred.
