• Strong SAP EWM functional expertise (5+ years)
• Hands-on experience in:
• Inbound Operations & Dock Appointment Scheduling
• Outbound Operations, Staging & Dispatch
• Cross-Docking
• Material Movements & Replenishment
• Internal Warehouse Movements
• EWM Integration with ERP/S/4HANA and WAMAS
• Experience with SAP EWM integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
• Experience supporting integrations with WAMAS or other third-party WMS/logistics applications.
• Experience in configuration, testing, incident management, and enhancements
• Robust stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and on-call support as required to support global operations

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support SAP EWM business processes.




• Resolve production issues and deliver enhancements.
• Support EWM integrations with SAP and external warehouse/logistics applications.
• Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Support testing, deployments, and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with onsite, offshore, and client teams.
• Provide application support in a 24x7 global support model, including participation in rotational shifts, night-shift coverage, and planned on-call support
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve business-critical incidents within defined SLA timelines during assigned shifts
