Role Description The Datacenter Operations Manager at 3Wheels AI is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day data center operations, including monitoring infrastructure health, coordinating system maintenance, and ensuring high availability and reliability of services. The role involves managing incident response, supervising vendor and service provider activities, and maintaining compliance with security and safety standards. The Datacenter Operations Manager will collaborate with system administrators, project managers, and other stakeholders to plan capacity, support new deployments, and optimize operational workflows. This role also includes documenting procedures, tracking performance metrics,



and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the data center environment. Qualifications
• Solid Operations Management skills, including process optimization, incident management, and team coordination.
• Hands-on experience in Data Center Operations, with a focus on uptime, environmental controls, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure management, including servers, storage, networking, and related hardware components.
• System Administration capabilities, such as basic server configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting in Linux and/or Windows environments.
• Project Management skills to plan, execute, and track infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployment initiatives.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
