Job Description
The Sales & Outreach Executive will play a key role in driving business growth through targeted outreach, lead generation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, particularly in drafting professional, personalized , and conversion-focused emails for international clients. A strong understanding of cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and professional business communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate leads.
• Identify and research potential clients across industries.
• Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Draft and send highly professional, persuasive, and personalized outreach emails and messages.
• Experience in creating compelling subject lines and opening hooks that improve email open and reply rates.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound client queries and messages.




• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Provide regular updates and reports on outreach efforts, conversions, and client feedback.

Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
• Strong written communication skills (mandatory), ability to write clear, concise, engaging, and results-driven emails and messages.
• Excellent email writing and LinkedIn outreach skills.
• Strong command of grammar, tone, and professional business communication across all written channels.
• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects effectively.
