Role Description The Senior Account Executive will manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing day-to-day accounting, tax, and compliance activities, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, coordinating statutory and tax audits,
and supporting tax filings and regulatory submissions. The role involves liaising with clients to understand their business requirements, resolving queries. The Senior Account Executive will also guide junior team members, review their work, and help implement best practices and digital tools for efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan. Qualifications
• Proficiency in accounting and TDS and GST workings, monthly closing of books
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff and contributing to a collaborative work culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA Inter or equivalent are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a Chartered Accountancy or professional services firm is preferred.
