About the Role
The Supply Chain Officer supports end-to-end supply chain planning, order fulfillment, and operational coordination to ensure products are available and delivered in line with business and customer requirements. The role focuses on balancing supply and demand, monitoring order fulfillment, improving supply chain visibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Support supply and demand planning activities to align product availability with customer requirements and business forecasts.
• Monitor customer orders, fulfillment progress, and delivery commitments to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to align supply availability, order priorities, and delivery schedules.
• Track inventory availability, supply requirements,



and potential shortages using information from relevant teams and business partners.
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks, fulfillment risks, and operational gaps, and coordinate corrective actions to minimize business disruptions.
• Monitor supply chain performance indicators, including order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, lead time, and inventory availability.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare operational reports to support planning, performance monitoring, and business decisions.
• Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, order management, or related functions; current graduates are welcome.
• Basic understanding of supply chain planning, demand and supply coordination, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems, SAP, or supply chain planning tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in supply chain operations and continuous improvement.
