Role Description The Production Executive role at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves overseeing daily production activities, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring productive utilization of resources across manufacturing operations. The Production Executive monitors quality standards, supports implementation of production plans,



and collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and output targets. Responsibilities include tracking production metrics, resolving operational issues, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires clear communication with supervisors, technicians, and management to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and customer requirements. Qualifications
• Ability to manage end-to-end production processes, with skills in Production Planning and Production Management.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices to ensure products meet safety, reliability, and performance standards.
• Background in Food Technology or relevant technical disciplines, where applicable to specific production lines.
• Relevant degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, production, or related field.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and production reporting tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, adhere to safety protocols, and support shift-based operations if required.
