Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring they align with the client's vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.
• Develop impressive presentations and pitch decks in collaboration with the creative team.
• Create project plans for end-to-end event management.
• Monitor and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with different departments to address client queries.




• Handle client requests and troubleshoot problems.
• Resolve client conflicts and manage escalations.
• Build robust client relationships and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:
✅ 4–5 years of experience in client servicing within the Events Industry (MANDATORY). ✅ Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills. ✅ Excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving abilities. ✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. ✅ Immediate joiners will be preferred. ⚠️ Important: Candidates without prior experience in the Events Industry will not be considered. ?
