Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role located in Noida. The BDE will identify and qualify potential clients, generate leads, and build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers. Responsibilities include presenting company services, conducting follow-up calls and meetings, maintaining accurate sales records, and achieving defined sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams,



gathering market insights, and contributing to strategies that improve customer acquisition and retention. Qualifications
• Proven ability in client relationship management, lead generation, and sales negotiation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of IT services, digital presence, and social media marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM or lead management systems.
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
