s, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. In this role, the Recruiter will conduct initial assessments, support selection decisions, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding. The position also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, collaborating with HR and department heads to understand workforce needs,



and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract talent suited to pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and related operations. The Recruiter will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely staffing while upholding fair, inclusive, and compliant hiring practices. Qualifications
• Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, qualified networks, and applicant tracking systems.
• Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment regulations, and inclusive recruitment methods in a manufacturing or healthcare-related environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with hiring managers and engage candidates professionally.
• Ability to analyze hiring data, track recruitment metrics, and propose process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and quality.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience as a Recruiter or in HR within pharmaceuticals or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Bavla and willingness to engage with plant leadership and operational teams on workforce planning.
