Role Description The Management Intern is a full-time, hybrid role based in Panaji, with a mix of on-site bar operations and some work-from-home responsibilities. On a day-to-day basis, the intern supports bar management in coordinating staff schedules, assisting with inventory tracking, and helping ensure smooth service during operating hours. The role involves supporting basic administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, and contributing to guest experience initiatives such as events and promotions. The intern may help with social media updates, customer feedback tracking,



and simple reporting on footfall and sales trends. This position offers hands-on exposure to bar operations, people management, and hospitality management practices. Qualifications
• Strong interest in hospitality, bar or restaurant operations, and community-focused businesses.
• Basic administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling support, documentation, and follow-up.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, staff, and partners.
• Comfort with using digital tools (email, spreadsheets, messaging apps) and willingness to learn simple reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by bar operations.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take initiative in a rapid-paced, informal environment.
• Current student or recent graduate in management, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience or internships in hospitality, events, or customer service are a plus.
