The environment emphasizes superior quality, creativity, and collaborative work. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Script Writer (Hindi) role based in Noida. The Script Writer will be responsible for developing original Hindi scripts for digital video content, including explainer videos, news-based shows, branded content, short features, and social media reels. Day-to-day tasks include researching topics, brainstorming concepts with producers, structuring storylines, writing engaging dialogue and narratives, and adapting scripts for different formats and platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with the production team to refine scripts, align content with visual plans, and ensure adherence to brand tone and audience expectations.



The Script Writer will also review and revise scripts based on feedback, maintain content calendars, and help generate new ideas aligned with current trends and platform guidelines. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Scriptwriting and Scripting for Hindi-language digital and video content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Screenplays and narrative structuring for short-form and long-form video formats.
• Candidates should possess skills in Writing, including clear, engaging, and audience-focused copy in Hindi (knowledge of English is an advantage).
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Video Production processes to align scripts with visual storytelling, shooting constraints, and post-production needs.
• Excellent command of Hindi language, including grammar, idioms, and contemporary usage.
• Ability to research diverse topics, simplify complex ideas, and tailor scripts to wide-ranging audiences.
• Prior experience in news, digital media, entertainment, or branded content writing is highly preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work on-site with producers, editors, and camera teams under tight deadlines.
• A relevant degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film, Literature, or a related field is beneficial.
