We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our team and contribute to the development of coordinated, high-quality BIM models and architectural solutions. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
• Ensure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver efficient and well-coordinated BIM solutions. ? Requirements
• Degree or diploma in Architecture or a relevant field.




• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM workflows.
• Understanding of construction drawings, building systems, and detailing.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, and documentation standards.
• Solid attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
