Role Description The Senior Engineer – Sales and Marketing will lead technical sales activities and support business growth for Bridgetech’s structural solutions, including bridge bearings, expansion joints, and related services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and preparing technical and commercial proposals in line with industry specifications. The role involves coordinating product demonstrations and presentations, responding to tenders and bid documents, and collaborating with design, production, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met. The Senior Engineer will track market trends,



competitor activities, and project pipelines, while maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports for management. Qualifications
• Robust technical knowledge of civil/structural engineering concepts, preferably related to bridges, bearings, and expansion joints.
• Experience in sales and marketing of engineering or construction products and services, including client acquisition and key account management.
• Ability to prepare and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and compliance documents aligned with standards such as MORT&H; and IRC.
• Proficiency in preparing commercial proposals, tenders, and bid submissions, with attention to detail and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with government agencies, contractors, and consultants.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities, including market research, pipeline management, and use of basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Capability to work on-site, visit client locations and project sites as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline; a postgraduate qualification in management or marketing is an advantage.
• Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, or bridge-related projects and familiarity with government procurement processes is highly beneficial.
