About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our recruitment process. Partnering directly with our leadership and founders, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier talent.

Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview coordination, offer management and candidate onboarding.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage complete employee lifecycle activities,



from onboarding and documentation to performance management, confirmations, and exit formalities.
• Culture & Engagement: Drive employee engagement programs and people initiatives to foster a cooperative, high-performing culture. Requirements & Skills
• Proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition and core HR operations.
• Hands-on expertise in sourcing strategies, offer management and onboarding frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of documentation and statutory compliance.
• Analytical mindset with experience maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Job
