Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with 3 years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation. The role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead generation through cold calling, referrals, databases, and online research.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients across target industries.
• Engage and qualify leads by understanding client needs and business challenges.
• Fix and confirm meetings for senior consultants and leadership team.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp as required.
• Maintain and update CRM, sales trackers,
and EOD reports on a daily basis.
• Coordinate internally with consulting and proposal teams for smooth handover.
• Share accurate client briefs and background information post meeting confirmation.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly meeting targets.
• Track lead-to-meeting conversions and contribute to overall sales pipeline growth. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 years to 5 Years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong verbal communication skills (English mandatory; Tamil preferred).
• Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of B2B services is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
