Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Project Site Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Solar Site Manager will oversee on-site operations, including project execution, supervision, and coordination among team members. Responsibilities include monitoring the progress of solar projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, managing and leading the in office workforce, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.



The role also involves addressing and resolving on-site challenges in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications
• Strong Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership abilities to manage and motivate on-site personnel.
• Proficiency in Power Generation and Power Plants to ensure efficiency and quality in solar energy systems.
• Experience and expertise in Project Management & Safety Standards for planning, execution, and completion of projects within deadlines.
• Prior experience in renewable energy projects, especially in solar energy, would be an added advantage.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a hands-on approach to on-site challenges.
• A degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards related to power generation projects.
