Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Article Trainee role based in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The Article Trainee will assist in accounting, audit, and compliance-related work under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting statutory and internal audits, maintaining working papers and documentation, and helping with tax and regulatory filings. The role may also involve contributing to management advisory assignments,



such as process reviews, data analysis, and report preparation. The position is designed to provide structured practical training, qualified exposure, and learning in a collaborative environment. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and basic knowledge of audit and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with accounting software.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with numerical data.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Enrollment in or completion of a professional course such as CA, CMA, or equivalent would be an advantage.
• High level of integrity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and mentorship.
