Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries from international clients, providing them with information about our products and services.
- Engage with potential customers through effective communication to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on quality and customer experience.




- Document all interactions with clients in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities. Required

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a robust command of English.
- Prior experience in international inbound sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, including lead generation and closing sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
