• Reporting To: Head Office – Accounts & Finance / Project Manager
• Industry: Manufacturing & Construction – Cooling Tower Projects Job Summary Responsible for managing site accounting, project cost control, statutory compliance, vendor payments, fund management, and financial reporting to ensure accurate records and effective financial control.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily accounts, cash book, bank book, general ledger, and petty cash.
• Verify vendor bills, subcontractor RA bills, employee claims, and site expenses.
• Monitor material transactions and project costs against budgets.
• Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and vendor reconciliations.
• Coordinate client billing, vendor payments,



and fund requisitions with Head Office.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Ensure accurate ERP entries and coordinate with project, procurement, and stores teams. Qualifications & Experience

Com / M.
Com / CMA / CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in site accounting, preferably in EPC, construction, or industrial projects. Required Skills
• Strong accounting, taxation, and financial control knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Valuable analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• High accuracy, integrity, and ability to work independently at project sites.
