Role Description The Cafe Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene. This role involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and managing cash handling and basic financial reporting. The Cafe Manager will ensure exceptional guest experiences, resolve customer concerns, and implement initiatives to increase sales and footfall. The position also includes maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, training team members, and enforcing operational policies and safety procedures. Qualifications
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage guests and lead the team effectively.




• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including hygiene standards and menu understanding.
• Sales skills to drive cafe revenue, promote offerings, and support local marketing initiatives.
• Experience in team supervision or management within a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
• Ability to work in office full-time in Noida, with flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and cash handling.
• Prior experience in health-focused or specialty food outlets is an advantage.
