· We’re hiring a Motion Graphic Designer to create polished motion for product launches, feature explainers, social, and ads. You’ll turn brand and product messages into clear motion strong craft, strong design sense, and a clear sense of what we’re saying to the viewer.

key responsibilities
· Own motion from brief to final delivery: concept, animation, edit, sound, and export
· Create motion for launches, explainers, social, and paid ads
· Use motion to land the message — pacing, typography, transitions, and visual hierarchy
· Work from design assets in Figma; build and finish in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
· Deliver clean sound design (music edit, SFX, mix) that supports the picture
· Ship platform-ready cuts (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) on deadline, with quick,



clean revisions Required Skills &

qualifications:
· Expert Adobe After Effects
· Expert Adobe Premiere Pro
· Day-to-day comfort with Figma (all design assets come from Figma)
· Strong design sense (layout, type, color, composition in motion)
· Strong sound design
· Clear understanding of how messaging is delivered through motion graphics
· Strong written and spoken English; clear grammar in briefs, comments, and handoffs
· Fast, reliable delivery under launch deadlines
· Portfolio / reel of finished motion work What We’re Looking For:
· We’re looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience and strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
· The ideal candidate should have a solid design sense, excellent motion and sound design skills, and the ability to turn brand and product messages into engaging visual stories. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
· 3+ years in Motion design / Motion graphics Nice to Have:
· Proficiency with AI creative tools (e.g. generative image/video or AI-assisted editing) is a plus
· Reusable templates (.mogrt) and motion systems
· UI / product animation from Figma frames
· Frame.io or similar review workflows
· Prior consumer-app, fintech, or brand-launch work
