ROLE OVERVIEW: We are looking for an experienced Senior Director to lead and scale our Software Development & Digital Engineering practice. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical foundation in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud-Native Technologies, along with proven expertise in global delivery leadership, practice development, client engagement, and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Practice Leadership: Build and scale software engineering capabilities, define technology strategy, and drive practice growth.
• Delivery Excellence: Lead large-scale global engineering engagements, ensuring delivery quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Technology Leadership: Drive Java-based enterprise development, microservices, cloud-native architecture, application modernization, and DevOps practices.
• AI & Innovation: Champion GenAI, AI-assisted development, and automation to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Client & Business Growth: Strengthen strategic client relationships, support presales and solutioning, and drive account expansion and revenue growth.




• People & P&L; Management: Lead global engineering teams, develop future leaders, and manage delivery margins, utilization, and financial performance. REQUIRED SKILLS &

EXPERIENCE:
• 20+ years in Software Development / Digital Engineering, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience in building and scaling Java engineering practices and managing large global delivery teams.
• Expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP, cloud-native development, DevOps, CI/CD, and application modernization.
• Experience leveraging GenAI and AI-assisted software development to improve engineering outcomes.
• Strong track record in global delivery, client management, presales, business growth, and P&L; ownership.
• Domain experience in BFSI, Retail, or Energy & Utilities.
• Excellent strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
