- 7PM Remote Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at HR TEAM is a full-time remote position supporting the HR function across multiple service areas. On a day-to-day basis, the intern assists with maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and supporting recruitment activities such as posting job openings and screening applications. The role includes helping with onboarding processes, organizing information related to employee benefits, and contributing to HR policy updates and communication. The intern may also assist in coordinating virtual trainings or meetings, preparing reports for HR management, and responding to routine HR-related inquiries. This position offers practical experience in core HR operations while working closely with experienced HR professionals in a remote environment. Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.




• Awareness of HR Policies and basic understanding of compliance considerations in workplace settings.
• Ability to support Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills, especially in a remote work setting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, videoconferencing tools).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and demonstrate a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
