Key Responsibilities

- Assist with legal research and documentation.
- Support non-litigation legal matters and transaction-related work.
- Review legal documents and agreements.
- Assist the team with case-related research, due diligence and other legal assignments. Eligibility
- Law student pursuing an LL.
B. or an equivalent recognised law degree.
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
- Interest in non-litigation work and corporate legal matters.
- Available for a full time, 6-month internship.
