Role Description The Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Python, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science will design, develop, and deliver high-quality training content and classroom sessions aligned with Cognitel’s ICT-focused curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating structured learning modules, practical labs, and assessments in Python, AI, and Data Science, as well as updating content to reflect current industry trends and best practices. The SME will mentor learners, clarify complex technical concepts, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine course offerings, support corporate training programs, and contribute to new program development. This is a full time, in office role based in Sasaram, Bihar (approximately 120 km from Varanasi). Qualifications




• Strong expertise in Python programming, including data structures, libraries (such as NumPy, Pandas), and scripting for data analysis and automation.
• Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and common frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow or similar).
• Practical experience in Data Science, including data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, statistical methods, visualization tools, and working with real-world datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver technical training, create course content, and explain complex topics in a clear, structured, and learner-friendly manner.
• Familiarity with related IT and ICT domains (such as cloud platforms, databases, or networking fundamentals) that support data-driven solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and provide constructive feedback.
