Article Trainee – Risk Consultancy Services N. A. Shah Associates LLP We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic CA students to join our Risk Consultancy team and gain practical exposure to risk-based consulting, internal audit and business process improvement.

Key responsibilities
• Assist in conducting internal audits, risk assessments and evaluation of internal controls.
• Prepare and update Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Understand business processes, identify control gaps and assist in developing practical recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, process walkthroughs and discussions with process owners.
• Assist in preparing audit reports, presentations and process documentation.
