AI Framework Consultant Engagement Type: Part-Time / Consulting Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid Experience Level: Senior / Architect-Level Time Commitment: Versatile, based on project requirements Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on AI Framework Consultant to design and establish a reusable AI-enabled software development framework that can be adopted across existing and future projects. The role will focus on integrating AI throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture to development, testing, documentation, and deployment. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with BMAD or similar AI-driven/spec-driven methodologies, Human Layer/Human-in-the-Loop approaches, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted development tools. The objective is to help our engineering teams accelerate development, improve quality and consistency, and effectively use AI while maintaining appropriate human oversight and governance.

Key Responsibilities
• Design a scalable and reusable AI-enabled development framework for adoption across multiple projects.
• Establish AI-assisted workflows across requirements, architecture, development, code review, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Implement BMAD or comparable spec-driven/AI-native development approaches.
• Design Human Layer/Human-in-the-Loop checkpoints for architecture, code, security, production changes, and other critical decisions.
• Build and optimize AI agents and agentic workflows for engineering activities and automation.
• Integrate modern AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Azure AI, and MCP-based solutions.




• Define standards for context engineering, prompt management, AI-generated code, security, testing, governance, and responsible AI usage.
• Develop reusable templates, prompts, agents, accelerators, playbooks, and engineering standards.
• Mentor development teams and drive the adoption of AI-augmented software engineering practices. Must-Have Skills
• Strong background in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing development frameworks or reusable engineering accelerators.
• Experience with BMAD or similar AI-driven/spec-driven development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Human Layer/Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
• Experience with agentic AI, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows.
• Practical experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent.
• Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations.
• Strong knowledge of context engineering, prompt engineering, AI-assisted architecture, code generation, and AI-assisted testing.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Ability to evaluate AI tools and determine how they can improve developer productivity, engineering quality, and delivery speed. Good-to-Have
• Azure, AWS, or GCP experience.
• Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• AI governance and Responsible AI experience.
• Experience building internal developer platforms or enterprise engineering frameworks.
• Consulting experience across multiple technical teams or client projects.
