Corporate Communications Intern Department: Marketing

Location:
Gorgeaon East, Mumbai Duration: 3 months We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Corporate Communications Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a passionate marketer who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and has a keen eye for design and impactful messaging. You will assist in shaping our corporate narrative, designing engaging visual content, and executing internal and external communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across different departments and act as a key liaison between them and the creative team.
• Assist in brainstorming, planning, and executing creative communication strategies and corporate campaigns.
• Properly brief the design team on project requirements, and execute/ manage deliverables to ensure they are completed on time.
• Design graphics, banners, and emailers using Canva.
• Create, format, and distribute mass email campaigns using software such as Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar platforms.
• Draft, proofread, and edit copy for various corporate communications, including internal announcements,



press materials, and digital content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency and tone across all channels.
• Monitor and report on the performance of email campaigns and other communication initiatives to help optimize future outreach. Qualifications &

Requirements:

Education:
Currently pursuing Post Graduate Management Studies in Marketing.
• Undergraduate Degree: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in BMM (Bachelor of Mass Media) or BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies).
• Creative Mindset: A strong passion and interest in creative communications, brand storytelling, and digital media.
• Design

Skills:
Ability to design high-quality, professional, and visually appealing assets on Canva.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of using email marketing software, MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Communication

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strict attention to detail.
