Role Description:The Business Development Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving new business opportunities and supporting growth initiatives for VeriCore Technologies. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research on target segments such as fintechs and NBFCs, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations and product demos to stakeholders, collaborating with the sales and product teams to refine value propositions, and following up on opportunities through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.



The Business Development Associate will also support proposal creation, assist with contract discussions, and track performance metrics to inform strategy and continuous improvement. Qualifications
• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
• Effective presentation skills, with experience creating and delivering presentations and product overviews.
• Lead generation experience, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
• Market research capabilities, with the ability to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in B2B technology, fintech, or API-driven products.
• Comfort working in a remote environment, with solid time management, organization, and self-motivation.
• Basic understanding of APIs, SaaS solutions, or digital verification workflows is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
