About the Company
BioPhytix Solution LLP is establishing a dietary supplement manufacturing facility specializing in tablets, capsules, powders and packaging solutions for domestic and international markets. The company is focused on developing a quality-driven, technology-enabled manufacturing operation aligned with applicable regulatory requirements, including US FDA 21 CFR Part 111, relevant provisions of 21 CFR Part 117 and FSSAI standards. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Head to lead manufacturing operations across tablet, capsule and powder production facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing efficient manufacturing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing operational performance and developing a competent production team. This position requires strong technical expertise, independent decision-making capabilities and the ability to manage production operations through structured systems, defined responsibilities and measurable performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations
• Plan, organize and oversee end-to-end manufacturing activities for tablets, capsules, powders and associated packaging operations.
• Ensure effective execution of production schedules while maintaining product quality, operational efficiency and delivery commitments.
• Monitor manufacturing processes, equipment utilization, batch yields, productivity and material consumption.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement appropriate corrective and preventive improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for manufacturing equipment and processes. Quality & Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure production activities comply with approved SOPs, Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs), Batch Production Records (BPRs) and applicable cGMP requirements.
• Maintain manufacturing practices aligned with 21 CFR Part 111, applicable provisions of Part 117 and FSSAI GMP/GHP standards.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures for equipment cleaning, line clearance, material handling and cross-contamination prevention.




• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments for in-process controls, deviations, investigations, change control and audit readiness.
• Support equipment qualification, process validation or verification, and regulatory inspections, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely manufacturing documentation and batch traceability. Production Planning & Process Optimization
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production Planning, Warehouse, Quality and Maintenance departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Optimize manpower allocation, production capacity, equipment utilization and resource efficiency.
• Establish and monitor departmental KPIs covering productivity, yield, wastage, downtime and adherence to production schedules.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost optimization and process standardization. Plant Setup & Operational Readiness
• Participate in manufacturing equipment installation, commissioning and production trials.
• Support development of manufacturing SOPs, operational workflows and equipment-specific procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to ensure manufacturing readiness before commercial production.
• Assist in evaluating manufacturing capacities, process requirements and future expansion needs. Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, supervise and develop Production Officers, machine operators and manufacturing personnel.
• Establish clear departmental responsibilities, performance expectations and training requirements.
• Ensure effective shift planning, manpower utilization and adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Promote accountability, operational discipline and continuous improvement across manufacturing teams.




• Manage routine production activities independently within approved organizational policies and delegated authority. ERP & Manufacturing Systems
• Ensure effective utilization of ERP/MRP systems for production planning, material consumption, inventory coordination and manufacturing reporting.
• Support implementation of barcode-based traceability, standardized workflows and process automation.
• Maintain timely and accurate production data for operational and management review. Educational Qualifications

Sc in a relevant discipline.
• Educational eligibility to serve as the technical person supervising food production under applicable FSSAI licensing requirements will be an advantage. Experience Requirements
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical or comparable regulated manufacturing.
• Minimum 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in production supervision or departmental leadership.
• Practical manufacturing experience across tablets, capsules and powders.
• Strong knowledge of oral solid dosage manufacturing processes, equipment operations and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience in cGMP-compliant manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage production teams, manufacturing schedules and operational performance. Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong technical understanding of tablet compression, capsule filling, powder blending and related manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of production planning, process optimization and manufacturing cost control.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, MMRs, BPRs and Good Documentation Practices.
• Effective leadership, communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Analytical thinking, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to manage departmental operations independently and make sound operational decisions.
• Robust organizational skills, accountability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in production reporting and ERP/MRP systems.
